stupid contractors keep me waiting all morning.. *yawns* so i ended up watching ms universe where i got too bored to see who wins.. most of the finalists suck anyway.. and my super sweet 16 on MTV.. my god.. those kids are 16 n they are frolicking like idiots already... her frens from Roswell were really funny tho.. ill bet i will sound like them if i ever step into california haha.. the guy with a hint of gayness watches OC hahaha.. he touched down at the airport and started singing California by the Phantom PLanet.. the OC soundtrack of cos.. n when he stepped into the house.. he was all.. omg.. this is like out of the OC.. haha.. i never knew the OC had male fans too.. till 2 days ago when my sis's guy fren wanted her to burn all my dlds for him haha..

Wooh.. our KL trip is finally materialising! supposed to book bus tickets in a while.. i hope the hotel wont be too bad.. we're on super budget = squeezing 4 pple in haha..i dont want no bugs.. a nice clean toilet pls.. and working air condition and carpeting haha.. muns had better be driving us EVERYWHERE.. hahah cut down our transport costs.. i hope shopping's good.. :)

as usual i was a bum who stayed up till 230 and decided i preferred sleep to football.. haha.. BUT i was still as shocked n exhilarated as i watched the 1pm telecast w/o knowing the winner.. my goodness.. the match was even more nailbiting than arsenal man u FA cup final.. I saw milan's lineup and concluded hah.. tts like a starstudded lineup with like what 4 defenders that i actually knew to be good haha.. in contrast to liverpool's clumsy handedd dudek! who ironically saved 2 penalties.. its so what the helllll.. that was probably the worst penalty shootout in history.. n dudek looks like abloody ass jumping ard.. ay milan shud have won.. i was gonna convert to a milan fan.. but.. mebbe.. i shud watch more of their games first.. :)

anywayyy.. do you remember that old man from maroon 5's She will be loved music video? He is back.. in 2 music viideos playing the same role! ie: some rich old man tt a girl is supposed to marry (by force) haha.. he's in Mr Brightside by The Killers and Mariah Carey's We belong together.. Incidentally I like all 3 songs! nono not because of him.. haha.. the guy in mariah careys video looks like ashton kutcher tho.. hehe yesyes.. im a tv addict.. im stuck at home with contractors rebuilding the toilet.. waddya expect id be doing!

i just watched princess diaries 2 over the weekend.. and its tonnes better than the first one.. esp since the guy is way cuter.. hahahah but the whole story is much better and i love it to pieces.. :) the guy, Nicholas Devreoux or sth aka chris pine is sooo charming.. -melts-

revenge of the sith was awesome! :) tho the opening sequence got me a bit giddy haha.. n darth vader's suit, walking awkwardly yelling ahhhhhh is too frankenstein-ish cheesy to me haha.. other than tt.. it was great!! the visuals were awesome.. fightscenes fantastic.. plot was not bad.. lines were not all that cheesy n haydenssen just looked freakkky with those sith eyes!! its been a long time since ive watched a movie worthy of the money i paid that actually lasted 2 hrs.. :) yay.. its just sooo sad there cudnt be any in between episodes.. or at least reshoot 4, 5, 6 with cuter pple minus the teddy bears (ewoks) haha and better technology hahaha.. sorry to be so shallow..

number one because i was complaining how i never want to grow up cos work sucks and floundering ard in school is very enjoyable.. :) hence, sya commented i have been struck with the peter pan syndrome.. mebbe tts why i love the story so much..
and number 2 is because my dreams really did come true.. when i wasin pri skl i had big dreams to get into uni thru a scholarship.. in those times uni was a big thing! scholarship is an even bigger dream.. but the teenage years suck, realising im nothing great and a scholarship is really out of reach for me.. n to achieve what i dreamt of is truly a blessing. Well, I've been dreaming of Spain :) but sth i really want is just to have true happiness wherever i am, whatever i'm doing.. I hope my 2nd star to the right shines very brightly for me.. :)

another dive into the past is rereading my sec 1 lit text, animal farm.. NOw with Russian revolution knowledge, I appreciate what i read and gosh.. it is one depressing book.. lit wasnt exactly my fav subject.. its completely unfair to plunge head in into poetry types and story analysis when the only kind of Lit I was exposed to in pri skl was Enid BLyton! I remembered taking the diagnostic test.. my goodness it was all a guessing game to me.. so lost.. but the thing abt the difficult subject is that when you finally succeed in getting a good grade, the satisfaction is enormous.. Still.. to kill a mockingbird is not a book i would ever read again.. :S

ooh went to a mini wedding lunch n saw a kinda cute guy.. kinda cos he's not yr conventional cute guy haha.. i dunno why but theres just sth so attractive abt a guy who sorta dresses with a hint of rebel/bad boy but his face is so.. baik! haha.. even with glasses.. ive seen 2 of such guys so far n they rock.. haha.. todays one had dimples so deep n so aplenty even my cute niece cudnt resist him haha.. :)

ooh n uchenna & joyce won amazing race!! fantastic!! they were definitely blessed to win.. u wudnt even expect them to last the whole race at first glance.. i was completely dying when amber n rob got on the flight... haha.. its really an awesome show..

and.. there was eye for a guy 2.. wolfgang is soooooo HOT & such a SNAG :)

but the best part of tv today as rated by this tv addict was Oprah! haha.. she rocks! theres apparently this show where they turn guys into girls for a money prize..this one guy realises tt he felt good when someone complimented him and so he learnt to compliment his wife more often...i thot the guys were really goodnatured and damn cool to actually do it & be so positive to learn sth out of it.. and there was this really pretty guy!! who made a really chio girl!! seriously.. i actually kinda wonder if he hasnt realised he is gay.. but the best thing was he wsa a complete SNAG and he proposed to his gf on Oprah! with a fantastic ring.. and the sentence tt made all eyes tear was 'since the first time i saw you, you took something from me that i could never find anywhere else'... gosh he's so sweet.. n u just wonder if there is someone out there as sweet as tt for u..
heh dont worry.. im not whining for a bf.. im having a good time w/o one anyways.. :)

no.. i didnt get a job.. better yet.. i got the scholarship! :) so now i can use all of daddy's supposed uni money for me for shopppingg!! weee!!! mebbe ill go get an ipod mini!!! or i cud just use dawns discman for freeeee haha humsss.. somehow theres no real thrill in it.. im kinda scared in the sense tt im pressurised into doing well.. and tt ive gotta be outspoken when id rather sit on my bum and listen.. ah wells.. challenges to face.. but ill try to enjoy it for now...

lets go chronologically..
muns n sya were actually punctual in meeting me at 9 freaking am to have a mini OC marathon.. its amazing what the oc can do to yr sleeping habits.. :) ah which i was slightly late to meet cos my cat decided to follow me out of the house and miaoed really loudly everytime i walked away cos she wanted a good ol' rubbing from me.. i came home and she popped her head out from the drains and again miaoed like one house away.. awwwww.. i love herrr!! she's such a darling when she wants food

so then we actually accomplished our aim of watching episode 15-20! wow! until abt 2pm where we all took the same bus to 3 different locations.. cool cool.. who says sembawang sucks! n so i went for tea.. which turned out to be like the longest tea session everrr.. it was like 4-6! overshoots to dinner already! there were very many awkward silences but i guess we survived.. after being called dull and as the profs wondered how we passed our interviews.. heh and it turns out one of the young profs was coached by coach!! as in u know RJ softball.. cos i was saying tt i was thinking of starting softball in smu.. naturally he was interested i suppose.. and shared the titbit abt a certain not very frenly coach who's gonna be sacked soon haha.. oh and like out of 10 pple.. id prob knew like 8 of them before hand already.. 3 from past interviews and 5 from rgs/rj.. cool cool.. peiyan was there too :) she's so cute i cant forget abt the keatloon thing man.. hehe.. hums..

heres to an adventurous, challenging and hopefully most enjoyable and incredibly exciting 4 years!

ahhh!!! i finally have a photo of my pretty niece! isnt she the most adorable thing on earth!! her parents (ie my cousins) are pretty too of coz so naturally she is such a darling! i wished i had the one of her in a flower costume ala anne geddes.. :) but this will do..

cycling with fit NS boys is ... challenging..
esp when u have an unfair disadvantage of cycling to like bedok jetty n back before tt.. AND not exercised in eons.. nonetheless.. our class outing was an outing no less.. with a turnup of 4 girls and abt 6 guys wassit? but nvm.. we had a discount on bikes and it was nice and fun to see everyone again.. base camp was gelare.. where we prob ripped them off their ice cold water.. :D and ripped off the bike shops by extending our hours and not paying haha.. still.. everything is like sunk cost so im sure they still made good enough profits.. hehe.. before it rained, the winds were blowing so furiously it felt so scary! just to be on the safe side i checked if there were any flying boats in a distance.. u never know.. ecp's high tide seemed higher than normal ever since the tsunami.. funny thing was we whizzed past this 'couple' and when we whizzed back i realised it was azi.. and on closer inspection.. with a bald chethan hehe.. aiya.. ns boys ah.. only talk abt ns.. meet their sergeants in ecp summore.. tsk..

ah but finally im like not bumming anymore! ive got driving practically everyday! and tea with prof pang.. *crosses fingers* and oc with muns n co! good packed week!
